The difference between PLA non woven fabric and PP Spunbond non woven fabric

PLA non woven fabric ,The raw material is 100% polylactic acid polymer,it can use apparel,home textiles, medical and hygiene, agriculture,packing material and so on.It will normally take 45days for the completely decomposite into CO2 and H2O under the action of microorganisms,water,acids and alkalis when PLA nonwoven fabric are discarded in soil or water.

What is the difference between PLA and PP?

1.Raw material of PLA non woven fabric: Poly Lactic acidis istarched and is extracted from corn,wheat,cassava and some other plants.

Raw material of pp non woven fabric :polypropylene

2.Melting point of PLA non woven fabric : around 180 ℃

Melting point of pp non woven fabric : around 180 ℃

3.Biodegradable speed of PLA non woven fabric:It will normally take 45days for the completely decomposite into CO2 and H2O under the action of microorganisms,water,acids and alkalis when PLA nonwoven fabric are discarded in soil or water.

Biodegradable speed of PP non woven fabric:it is non biodegradable theoretically.expect the mixed type by adding the biodegradable addtivies.
