The common medical non-woven fabrics in the industry use the SMS single-layer melt-blown layer structure. In comparison, the three-layer structure has antibacterial properties. It is better than a single layer structure. Instead of medical ordinary non-woven fabrics, there is no melt-blown layer in the middle, and it is not able to perform antibacterial action.

2 Strict quality control

This will help each piece of nonwovens delivered to the hospital with a relevant batch inspection report. However, ordinary non-medical non-woven fabrics do not need to be medical grade tested.

Excellent medical non-woven need to be applied to a variety of sterilization methods at the same time. It is best to use three sterilization methods: pressure steam, ethylene oxide, and hydrogen peroxide, which can be used at the same time. However, ordinary non-medical non-woven fabrics cannot be sterilized.

4 Care for using health

Excellent medical non-woven fabrics will use green safety and environmental protection PP particles, it is best to issue a report on the relevant health toxicological requirements. However, ordinary non-medical non-woven fabrics cannot withstand sterilization conditions such as high humidity and high temperature, and of course they do not need to present relevant toxicological reports.
