WHAT IS BABY DIAPER MADE FROM?
It usually has 7 parts.
1. Witness Indicator
After peeing, indicator design will change the color to
remind mother to change diaper.
2. PP tapes / Magic tapes
We can do pp tapes and magic tapes. It is easy to re-stick
and adjust.
Magic tape price is higher than pp tape. And the quality would
be better.
3. Soft top sheet / non-woven top
Sheet makes baby skin dry and comfortable. Soft and
breathable top sheet is important.
4. ADL
It designs to make urine flow to whole diaper, seep up the
absorbency.
5. Leak guard
It is for preventing leakage. Now we use 3D leak guard, so
the urine won’t seep out.
6. High absorbency SAP
The SAP is to absorb the urine quickly to keep surface dry.
We usually use 3 to 9 g/pc of SAP.
The SAP is from China leading SAP manufacturer. It can also
import from Japan and USA as customer’s request.
7. Elastic Waist
It is suit to baby’s body.

output is 40hq per day. One 40hq can load 400,000 to 450,000pcs according to
different size and packing.
